Questions, answered.
A few things people ask before we begin. Can’t find your answer? Get in touch and we’ll gladly talk it through.
What services does Delicate Shape offer?
We work across architecture, interior design, renovation, consulting and landscape. Most projects combine two or more, so the building, its rooms and its setting are considered together.
How does a project begin?
With a conversation about the site, your needs and your budget. From there we prepare a short feasibility note and a clear proposal, so you know the scope and the next steps before committing.
Do you take on renovations and existing buildings?
Yes. Careful updates to existing buildings are a core part of our work. We start by understanding what is already there, then keep what serves the building well and improve the rest.
Where do you work?
We are based in Manila, Philippines, and take on residences, civic buildings and urban spaces across the country. We visit each site in person and stay close through construction.
How are your fees structured?
Fees are agreed per stage and set out in the proposal, from early concept through to detailed drawings and site support, so there are no surprises along the way.
Can you advise before we commit to a design?
Absolutely. Our consulting service offers early advice on site, feasibility and budget, before any drawing begins, so you can decide with confidence.
